Pricing questions
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
Your plan simply starts. The payment method you saved when you signed up is charged for the plan you picked — the first charge on day 15, then monthly — and your site keeps running without you doing anything. Cancel any time during the 14 days from your dashboard and nothing is ever charged.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No, and we structurally can’t: payments go through your own gateway account, so your money never touches us. Compare that with platforms charging 1–2% on every order — at ₹5 lakh a month in sales, that’s ₹5,000–10,000 every month on top of their subscription.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Yes — every price on this page is inclusive of GST. The sticker is exactly what you pay, nothing is added at checkout, and your invoice shows the GST break-up. Annual plans always show the full billed amount up front.
How do refunds work?
The 14-day trial is the try-before-you-pay window — nothing is debited until it ends, so charges after it are not refundable: we bill at the start of a period and you get that whole period. Cancel any time to stop every future charge and keep the platform until the paid period ends. Duplicate or wrong charges are our error and are refunded in full — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
